at the rooftop of TOKYU PLAZA, a mall designed by architect hiroshi nakamura, there is a garden of 34 pretty trees & over 50 different kinds of plants. the little signs with japanese handwritings saying what kind of plants they are, the little bird houses, the hammock chairs, & a big ass pretty starbucks just a couple steps away, this is the place to be for any lazy afternoons aficionado. oh, have i mention that this place is equipped with technological systems that purify the air?!
